Shift-by-wire control replaces traditional floor shifters, mounting on the right side of the steering column. It features a slide switch to toggle between AUTO (automatic gear changes) and MAN (manual paddle-shift) modes, with a selector switch for gear positions (R/N/D/L). The spring-loaded lever allows upshifts (pull toward driver) and downshifts (push away), returning to neutral position after each shift. Includes a neutral lock button to prevent accidental gear engagement.
